The technical feature of the

Ethereum Classic Vision project aims to solve the big problems facing Ethereum, including scaling, mining inefficiency, and high data storage costs. The transition to Proof-of-Stake, described in Chapter 1, is a key element of this plan, but a number of modules and additional features will also play an important role. This section introduces the solution proposed by Ethereum Classic Vision, its advantages, and the implementation plan.

VisionDEX - a decentralized exchange of

Classical Vision Ethereum follows the principles of decentralization and true independence

promoted by Ethereum Classic and lost on Ethereum as we know it today. Therefore,

one of the priorities of the founding team was to provide a way for Ethereum Classic Vision users

to carry out market operations without relying on centralized exchanges. Integrating a

decentralized P2P cryptocurrency exchange - called VisionDEX - will ensure that

Ethereum Classic Vision Holders will hold full control of their assets and will not lose

them to hackers as they do on exchanges such as Coincheck ($ 500 million stolen),

Coinrail ($ 40 million) and even what should be decentralized (and actually hybrid)

Bancor ($ 23 million). P2P exchanges such as VisionDEX also protect users from being

closed by the authorities (as happened in many centralized exchanges in China and China)

On VisonDEX, all the main functions - asset exchange, order matching, and

Footage and distribution of ETH networks

The initial distribution of the free Ethereum Classic Vision coin will be made after a snapshot of the ETH network, which is scheduled for January 11, 2019 (20:00 GMT). Taking a network snapshot is a standard practice for cryptocurrency fork and generates a list of all blockchain addresses that contain certain coins or tokens. Every user found holding Ethereum coins in their personal wallet when a snapshot will receive a free Ethereum Classic Vision coin with a ratio of 3: 1. For example, a user who holds 100 ETH in a personal wallet (such as Coinomi, Jaxx or Ledger Nano) will be able to claim 300 ETCV for free. It's important to emphasize that only ETH stored in a personal wallet (desktop, cellphone, or cold storage) is eligible for free ETCV after a hard fork. Users who hold ETH in an exchange wallet cannot claim prizes. After the snapshot is complete, ETH holders will be able to throw their coins as they wish, including transferring them to the stock, selling them, or exchanging them. The number of free ETCVs that are transferred to ETH holders depends only on how many coins they have when the photo is taken - not before or after.
